Vince Del Monte’s no nonsense muscle building program is a fitness guide that seeks to primarily help men whose bodies are predisposed to being skinny build and bulk up muscle safely and naturally in the shortest time possible. It is available from Vince Del Monte’s website as an e-book of about 219 pages which may be downloaded on purchase. In addition there is also a video of his program also available from the site.

Who is Vince Del Monte?

Vince Del Monte is a man who once had the athletic figure of a long distance runner who decided to change his physique through weight training in order to build his body image and self esteem. However he faced challenges in his attempt at gaining muscle finding it nearly impossible and only managing to put on fat around his core muscles. Undeterred he did not give up training but persisted in his search for the right formula which he eventually found and learnt the secret to muscle building, which is what he shares in his e-book.

How it works

The fitness program takes you through three varied levels of training beginning with the upside down training that seeks to correct any muscle imbalances or weaknesses that may be present in the body. It is also meant to prevent injury while carrying out the program. After completing this level you then move on to the next level which is 29 weeks long.

During this period you mainly use a work out technique that exercises the different muscles of your body by varying the number of repetitions, set of these repetitions and the rest times in between these repetitions. This allows you to stimulate and hit the different muscle fibers and achieve strength and muscle building.  After completing this 29 week period you then proceed to an advanced power work out focusing on much larger work out sets to take your muscle building
to a new level. The program also offers a number of tips on the right kind of nutrition for muscle training such as what to eat in order to lose weight or gain weight as well as some recommended supplements and foods to take.

One Slipup

OK, everybody look up to this system to build their muscle mass and stuff. Fine. How can a product be without any shortcoming? The only defect of this system is not a fault really, since it doesn’t take away any results or effects. The flexibility of choices offered is not too good and could have been better. There are exercises that not everybody can do, so the number f substitutes could have been more in number.

Verdict

Many users of Vince Del Monte’s program have reported personal success after using his program and have provided their own testimonials to prove that it actually does work. However the program may not be suitable for home training as some of the exercises requiring a gym may have to be substituted.

I’ve been looking to tone up and gain some muscle, not necessarily lose a whole lot of weight, as I am pretty confident and secure with the weight that I’m at right now, but I definitely wanted to see some definition in my body and my muscles. I was instantly intrigued when I came across Vince del Monte Fitness.

I was intrigued by Vince’s own background story – how he had gone from being scrawny without any muscle, to the fantastic shape he’s in today. It also seemed like he actually had the content and proof to back up his products and philosophy. It was actually really inspiring and touching to see the actual story behind someone who was selling a product with something I’ve battled with for so long.

I was definitely impressed with the tips and advice that Vince actually had to offer. Having gone through going from skinny and scrawny to muscle-bound himself, it seemed like the advice was very much genuine and not just a scam.

Vince’s content and tips were genuinely useful to me – I learned a lot about putting on sustainable and maintainable muscle, as well as toning up and finding definition all over my body, even the spots that I previously had thought would be impossible to put muscle on. I began seeing definition all over my body.

I really liked that Vince put emphasis on exercise rather than dangerous supplements and even steroids. I always feel that many people promise results of looking muscular and jacked up, but often fall short when you realize they are suggesting that you use dangerous drugs to put on muscle. While Vince does offer supplements, they are also very safe and with natural ingredients, which I appreciated greatly. I also liked that Vince had a wide variety of products, from videos to books to supplements, really covering the gamut of muscle training.

However, my only gripe about Vince’s philosophy is that he does seem to put a lot of emphasis on speed and putting on muscle in a short amount of time, which doesn’t seem like a healthy view to me. I think it’s better to put it on the slow and safe way, rather than focus on unsustainable muscle building.
I would recommend Vince’s products to anyone looking to shape up and put on some serious muscle, no matter what stage and state their body is actually in.
